Well hello there, lovely people. Long time no talk.
This update comes to you from a healthy person. In the last couple months, I have really gotten my health back on track and I am feeling GREAT. My confidence is back up, my clothes are looking great and the cellulite is disappearing from my body. I’ve been trying to depart from my old friend, the elliptical, to start running at least 10 minutes on the treadmill every time I go to the gym. 10 minutes usually leads to longer and longer and I feel myself getting stronger and faster. And I love it.
Currently living a vegan lifestyle and it’s definitely a challenge considering my ridiculously busy schedule. But I’m finding ways to make it work. I don’t know how you vegans do it for years! PROPS.
